Setting and Achieving Personal Goals
Any goal that you have – big or small. There are often obstacles in the way of achieving a goal, and, if you are like most of us you could use someone to come alongside and help. Some possibilities include career changes, improving your relationship skills, living a balanced life, breaking unwanted habits and forming new ones, overcoming procrastination, and improving your physical health and athletic ability.

Life Balance for Singles
The unique calling of singleness is considered a gift by Biblical writers. Like marriage, it is full of advantages and challenges. How do you address the potential for loneliness? How do you build lasting relationships? What is the response to friends and family who are regularly questioning when you are going to get hitched? And what about the sex drive that is all dressed up with no place to go?

Single men and women have the potential to leave a lasting impression in the lives of those they touch. They can be a powerful impact on their families, in their churches and in their communities. Coaching can assist the single person in maximizing his or her gift and deal with the challenges that accompany the single life.

Strengthening Manhood
It is not uncommon for a man to experience what one writer calls, “gender emptiness”. Though he has matured as a man physically, there is a lack of connection with his own manhood. As Alan Medinger writes, “…he feels empty in a place where he senses he should feel solid. He has a longing to feel confident and strong as a man and comfortable in the community of men.” Men who have pursued growth in their masculinity report greater satisfaction in every area of their lives.

Physical Goals and Living with Disabilities
Do you have something you’d like to accomplish physically? Are you finding it difficult to adjust to a disability? I would be honored to coach you as you seek to achieve a personal physical goal. Together we would set reasonable expectations, process obstacles and monitor progress. My experience in athletics and overcoming disabilities provides me with a strong foundation to coach others.
